A rich, velvety copycat pumpkin cream cold brew that captures the essence of autumn. This easy recipe uses simple ingredients to create a layered, refreshing drink perfect for busy mornings or lazy weekends.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar or maple syrup
  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • Ice cubes
  • Milk or creamer (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare cold brew coffee by steeping coarsely ground coffee beans in cold water for 12-24 hours, then strain and chill.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, vanilla syrup, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and sugar/maple syrup.
  3. Whip or froth the mixture until it thickens but remains pourable, about 1-2 minutes. Do not over-whip.
  4. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  5. Pour cold brew coffee over the ice, leaving about an inch of space at the top. Add milk or creamer if desired.
  6. Slowly pour the pumpkin cream topping over the back of a spoon to create a distinct layer on top.
  7. Garnish with a pinch of pumpkin pie spice and serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure all ingredients, especially the heavy cream and coffee, are very cold to maintain layers and texture. Use pure pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling. For a dairy-free version, substitute heavy cream with chilled full-fat coconut cream.
