  2. Pat dry 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (about 1.5 pounds / 700 grams) with paper towels to ensure crispiness. Season evenly with 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken in a large mixing bowl. Pour the warm garlic butter mixture over the thighs, turning them gently to coat all sides, especially the skin. Let them sit for 5 minutes to soak up flavors.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Arrange the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t touch to allow even air circulation. Cook for 12 minutes, then flip thighs skin-side up using tongs.
