Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, cake flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened unsalted butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
